Refund policy
We have a 14-day return for store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for store credit.
Please note that to be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you meet the above criteria please begin your return inquiry.
To start a return, you can contact us at sheen.shaikha@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how, where and when to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Returned item(s) which will go under a full inspection process.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, sized or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Store Credit Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if a store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided a store credit of the original amount of purchase which can be used to purchase equal or lesser value items.
